GCC0119 - Let it Snow

It's Monday so that means there is a new challenge payed over at the Outlawz.

Our theme this week is let it snow. Since moving to AZ, I have stayed a collection of snowmen. It's actually funny to me since I'm not a huge fan of snow or the cold weather. I used two wintery stamps plus paper pieced the digi from the sponsor.

The Sponsor is: Angie's Digi Stamps. The stamp is hot drink.

I cut the snowflake piece from the edge to edge cartridge. Love that one.

Crafty Day - I mustache you to be my valentine

I went to an all day crop on Sunday. I had a lot of fun. I was able to create, use some new papers, and enjoy the company and day. Cara and Ceylan and I were all the table so there was quite a bit of conversation as well. That's always part of the fun for me.

This stamp cracks me up. I have a thing for mustaches that somehow became a trademark with me from my crafty friends. It all started when I held up the little scrap of paper and said to Lynn, "I mustache you a question". Lynn and I both were laughing so hard. It went up or downhill from there which ever way you look at it. As soon as I saw this stamp, I knew I had to have it.

I used this sketch by giminie. It worked perfectly with the elements I used.

Supplies:
Paper: Neenah, American Craft, Recollections, Bazzill, The Paper Studio.
Stamps: Craftsmart
Accessories: Cuttlebug, Nestabilities, Little Yellow bicycle die, Lawn Fawn die, homemade enamel dots, pop dots.

Crafty Day - Smile

I went to an all day crop on Sunday. I had a lot of fun. I was able to create, use some new papers, and enjoy the company and day. Cara and Ceylan and I were all the table so there was quite a bit of conversation as well. That's always part of the fun for me.

I just love this card. I know that seems so arrogant. I think it's the bright colors. I used a Momento paper pack I purchased at Tuesday Morning. I knew when I saw this pack, I had to have it. I think they had me in mind when they put the patterns and colors together.

I used this card as my inspiration. I just fell in love with all the bright colors and patterns of this card so had to recreate it.

Supplies:
Papers: Neenah, Momento, The Paper Studio, American Crafts, SU tempting turquoise, SU pixie pink.
Accessories: Cuttlebug, Nestibilities, Sizzix dies, Little Yellow Bicycle arrow die, Lawn Fawn heart die, bling pop dots.

GCC0112 - Love Love Love

It's Monday. The first challenge of 2015. Where has the time gone? Come on over to the Outlawz to play along.

The Sponsor's this week are: All Dressed Up and Poppy Seed Designs. My image is from Poppy Seed Designs.

This week the theme is black and white and one favorite color. Wow. This was hard. I wanted to use greens, but nothing was matching with my papers or pens. So, of course, I went with old faithful hot pink glitter. When in doubt, add hot pink glitter paper. :)

Supplies:
Papers: Neenah, Hammermill digital cardstock, The Paper Studio, American Crafts.
Stamps: Poppy Seed Designs - Fairy.
Accessories: Cuttlebug, Sizzix die, Little Yellow Bicycle, heart punch, pop dots.
Inks: Copics.

GCC0105 - ahoy

It's Monday. The first challenge of 2015. Where has the time gone? Come on over to the Outlawz to play along.

The theme this week is circles, chevrons, and bling. I seem to have a pattern when I chose the theme.

The sponsor this week is Dr. Digis House of Stamps and AT & T. My card was from
Dr Digis and the image is Peg Leg Pete. I figured this image would do well with the theme.  I had the "booty" in mind when I saw this image.
